In accordance to the recent announcement by Malaysian government, Designer Bridal Room is excited to inform you that we are reopening our boutique on 6 May 2020 under the conditional movement control order (CMCO). During this period, Designer Bridal Room will adhere to the standard operating procedure (SOP) set by the government.

Therefore, Designer Bridal Room only accepts pre-booked appointments until further notice. As we go by appointment basis, we encourage our customers to ensure that you receive an appointment confirmation by our consultants. Should there be any changes to your confirmed appointment, kindly inform us as soon as possible. During this period, we will not accept any walk-ins.

Customers will be required to follow the conditions below closely. Designer Bridal Room reserves the rights to cancel any appointments should any of the conditions is not met.

• Maximum only two people are allowed to enter for each appointment. Do let us know before your appointment who is coming with you and provide us with his/her full name and contact number.
• Please put on your face mask as well as sanitize your hands before entering our premises.
• We will be practicing social distancing during this period. Therefore, please remember to keep a one-meter distance at all times.
• As fixed in the SOP set by the government, trials and fittings are not permitted in all clothing, fashion and accessories stores hence trying on our dresses are not allowed for appointments during this period. Mannequins will be used instead to display the dresses picked by our brides.

To ensure the well-being of our brides, we will be performing sterilization in our boutique three times a day as well as keeping a body temperature record of our consultants on duty. We are committed to social distancing during this period and will ensure we have our facial mask on and sanitize our hands regularly when assisting you.
